| I did not end up buying a house with Susan because the agent who was selling my house gave me a discounted commission if I worked with her on both ends. However, Susan kept me on her mailing list and sent me properties to check out online. She's wonderful! Next time I'm in the market for a house, I'll work with her. |

Another thing we liked about Susan was her willingness to voice her own opinions. As this was our first experience buying a home, we were not always sure what to look for when viewing a home.
